“My husband wears a 7 5/8th in cowboy hats, specifically the Serratelli brand. This case was a snug fit for his hat size. We left it in overnight and no dents in the morning. If your cowboy hat size is smaller, this has extenders to keep it in place. The case latches properly with a strong latch so no worries about it falling out.
