Can it fit a wide brim hat?
The Mavericrest accommodates hats with crowns up to 5″ and brims up to 4.5″. That covers the vast majority of premium felt and straw silhouettes from cattlemen and pinches to rancher styles.

Very. The retractable top handle makes one-handed carry effortless, and the included drawstring travel bag adds a shoulder strap and luggage loop so you can sling it, stack it, or attach it to your suitcase.

Is it easy to clean?
Yes. Wipe the hard shell down with a damp cloth and mild soap. No harsh chemicals needed. The interior bracket can be wiped clean in seconds, keeping your case trail-ready at all times.
Is it airline carry-on approved?
At 18.5″ × 17.3″ × 9.5″, it fits most wide-body aircraft overhead bins. For smaller domestic flights, gate-checking is always an option and the reinforced shell keeps your hat protected either way.
How long does shipping take?
Cases are built to order in Fort Worth. Current lead time is 2–3 weeks from order date. We ship free within the continental U.S. with insured tracked delivery.
What does the warranty cover?
Every brass latch, hinge, and bracket is warrantied for 60 days. If a piece of hardware ever fails under normal use, we repair or replace it. No receipt required, no questions asked.
Can I return it?
Yes. Try the Mavericrest for 7 days. If it doesn't earn its place next to your hat, send it back for a full refund.
